1. Product introduction

JC-ZL-100 multifunctional distiller adopts the latest infrared heating method, which has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, long life, fast heating and cooling speed, adjustable heating time and heating power, etc.

The whole system is simple, easy to install and maintain, and reliable to use. It can be widely used in the pretreatment process of sample analysis that needs to be distilled in industries such as environmental protection, chemical industry, and materials.

It is especially suitable for the distillation of samples before the measurement of ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenol, cyanide, etc.

The basic principle is to adjust the pH value of the water sample to 6.0-7.4, add light magnesium oxide to make it slightly alkaline, and absorb the ammonia released by distillation with boric acid solution.

Using methyl red-methylene blue as indicator, titrate ammonia nitrogen (in N) in the distillate with standard hydrochloric acid solution.
