1. Product introduction
PTC-III solid/liquid purge and trap instrument is a 70-position solid-liquid integrated automatic purge and trap instrument with electronic cold trap. The liquid sample can be automatically and accurately sampled into the purge bottle for purging and trapping, or the solid sample can be automatically added to distilled water and shaken and mixed directly for purging and trapping. Combined with GC or GC/MS, it can be widely used in environmental analysis, such as the analysis of organic pollutants in drinking water, waste water, soil, and the analysis of volatiles (such as odor components) in food. This instrument conforms to "HJ639-2012 Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Water Quality by Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry", "HJ686-2014 Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Water Quality by Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry", "HJ605 -2011 Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Soil and Sediments by Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry and other standards.

3. Product Features
1. Strong general performance: can be combined with any brand of gas chromatograph (GC) and (GC-MS);
2. Simple operation, easy to use, whole process software control, high degree of automation: just put the sample tube into the sample tray, all operations and control are completed by the control software, so the sample repeatability is good; the main body is designed with a large touch LCD panel , which can track the temperature and operation commands in the whole process.
3. The cold trap adopts semiconductor refrigeration + air cooling, and the minimum refrigeration temperature can reach -30°C (at room temperature of 20°C), which meets most of the low-temperature enrichment needs.
4. The trap heating adopts direct resistance heating, and the heating rate is >2400℃/min.
5. The built-in foam sensor can detect the foam in the purge tube to prevent the way of contaminating the sample and protect the entire analysis system.
6. The user can customize the cleaning times of the sampling needle and the purge tube.
7. The solid sample bottle can be heated, and can be directly injected into distilled water to shake, mix and purge.
8. The trap and the purge tube are separated from the backflushing gas to reduce cross-contamination between samples. During a backflush cycle, compounds blown from the trap do not flow into the purge line.
9. The water removal trap removes water vapor at the purging end, greatly reducing the influence of water vapor on GC and GC/MS.
10. The sample pipeline is made of PEEK material and silanized inert treated stainless steel tube to reduce pollution residues.
11. The pipes and purge pipes can be flushed with hot water to reduce residues.
12. All pipelines and six-way valves are heated at controlled temperature to eliminate cold spots in the system and reduce sample loss.
13. Provide a synchronous interface, which can start the chromatography and workstation at the same time when injecting.
