1. Product introduction
JC-20A automatic headspace sampler is a new generation of automatic headspace sampler newly developed by our company with fully automatic design, large touch screen display, beautiful appearance and more convenient operation.
2. Product parameters
1. The temperature control range of the sample area: room temperature - 220°C; set in increments of 1°C; heating power is about 400W;
2. The temperature control range of the valve sampling system: room temperature - 220 °C, set in increments of 1 °C, heating power 60W;
3. The temperature control range of the sample transfer line: room temperature—220°C, set in increments of 1°C, and the heating power is about 40W; (for operation safety, the transfer line temperature control adopts low-voltage power supply)

3. Product Features
1. It can automatically run up to 20 samples without personnel on duty;
2. Power-on self-test, fault alarm and prompt, automatic positioning of sample tray;
3. Microcomputer program control, the main functions are:
⑴ method parameter setting, real-time animation display working status, running time;
(2) The sample area, injection valve and sample transfer tube are individually heated and temperature controlled;
(3) After setting the analysis program, press the run key to automatically complete the entire sample analysis;
⑷ With a variety of extended functions: dynamic headspace, purge and trap, cryogenic cold trap;
⑸ GC and chromatographic data processing workstations can be started synchronously, and the device can also be started by external programs;
4. Equipped with an external loading gas adjustment system, the headspace sampling analysis can be performed without any modification and change of the GC instrument. The original instrument carrier gas can also be used;
5. Through time programming, functions such as pressurization, sampling, injection, analysis and backflushing after analysis are automatically realized;
6. Using pressure balanced injection technology, headspace injection has narrow peak shape and good repeatability;
7. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic backflushing function to avoid cross-contamination of different samples;
8. In order to be more convenient and accurate to use with imported gas chromatographs, the instrument is also equipped with special interfaces for various imported instruments, which are convenient to connect;
9. The injection volume can be adjusted at any time according to the concentration of the sample to be analyzed by the customer;
10. The injection needle is easy to replace and can be connected to all types of GC injection ports at home and abroad.
