1. Product introduction

BDFIA-7000 multi-parameter flow injection analysis system is an instrument based on flow injection technology combined with online sample pretreatment module and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. This instrument can be used for water quality analysis, environmental analysis, food analysis, fertilizer analysis, beverage and alcohol analysis, etc. It can measure volatile phenol, cyanide, total cyanide, anionic surfactant, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, fluoride, Urea, acidity, nitrate nitrite, calcium, magnesium, formaldehyde and other testing items.

3. Product Features

● The batch samples are fully automatic, and a variety of testing items can be analyzed quickly and accurately at the same time;

● Integrating sampling, reaction and detection, each analyzer can be independently detected as a system and unified data processing; other detection channels can be added at any time as needed;

● The use of a non-adjustable twelve-channel peristaltic pump can realize complex sample pretreatment, such as sample digestion, enrichment and high-sensitivity dialysis, etc.; the overall briquetting design eliminates user adjustment and reduces the fatigue speed of the pump tube, improving reliability.The surface of the pump is treated with Teflon, which is resistant to chemical corrosion.

● Each channel can be designed independently without the need to configure the host. It can be upgraded to the built-in online dilution module of the instrument, and the precision can be adjusted automatically.

● The channel is equipped with an automatic sampler, which includes the sample position, the carrier position, and the independent refill pump design to meet the needs of large sample volume detection;

● High sensitivity double beam detector, low detection limit and good repeatability.

● The successful application of the unsteady FIA theory significantly shortens the analysis time and greatly improves the work efficiency;

● Using the communication mode of LAN and WiFi, the communication is stable. When equipped with multiple workstation software, it can support 254 channels to run at the same time;

● Each channel has a non-slip sample slot, and an independent 44-bit automatic sampling device can be upgraded according to user needs, including 40 positions for 10ml samples and 2 positions for 50ml samples.

● Realize the determination of various parameters such as cyanide, total cyanide, volatile phenol, anionic surfactant, etc.
