3. Product Features
1. The furnace adopts all-ceramic fiber structure, which is light in weight, small in heat capacity, small in empty furnace loss, and saves more than 70% of energy.
2. The heating speed is fast, and the heating speed can be adjusted. From room temperature to 1000 ℃, it generally takes 15 to 30 minutes.
3. The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated with plastic spraying. The furnace door adopts a side-opening structure, which can be opened and closed flexibly, and has a power-off device to ensure the safety of use.
4. The control system adopts high-precision PID intelligent instrument, which has self-tuning, temperature error correction, timing, over-temperature alarm, good temperature control stability and high precision. The control circuit adopts non-contact, which has the characteristics of no noise, high reliability and high performance.
