1. Product Brief
This product integrates advanced technologies such as optics, spectroscopy, computer, electrochemistry, etc. to measure harmful gas components in exhaust gas pipes of stationary pollution sources, and uses ultraviolet method to measure SO2, NO, NO2, electrochemical method to measure O2, CO, and infrared method to measure CO2 The core of the instrument adopts imported optical components and high-performance long-life pulsed xenon lamp, which has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, fast response time and long service life.

1. Determination of emission concentration, converted concentration and total emission of SO2, NOX and other harmful gases in various boilers and industrial furnaces.

2. Performance characteristics
1. Integrated structure design
The integrated design of the main sampling tube is compact, small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry.
2. High-efficiency thermal insulation pipe
The outer tube of the sampling tube adopts an ultra-thin thermal insulation design, which has a good thermal insulation effect. The constant temperature technology combined with the intelligent algorithm keeps the temperature of the gas pool constant during the sampling process , and the measurement results are accurate.
3. Three-stage dust filter design
The intake pipeline adopts three-stage filtration, and the titanium filter element and the tetrafluoro filter element are used in series to filter dust efficiently, which greatly reduces the entry of particulate matter into the air chamber, effectively reduces the failure rate of the instrument, and prolongs the maintenance period.
4. High-efficiency droplet filtration
The high-efficiency droplet filter device is adopted to effectively prevent the droplets in the pipeline from entering the sampling tube and improve the measurement accuracy.
5. High-efficiency water vapor condensation device
The condensing device made of high-efficiency heat-conducting materials can directly cool the high-temperature gas to the ambient temperature without a refrigeration device, effectively protecting the sampling pump and the electrochemical sensor.
6. The use of UV xenon lamp has a long service life
Imported pulsed xenon lamp light source is used, no warm-up time, and a service life of more than 10,000 hours, which is three times that of a deuterium lamp, reducing maintenance costs.
7. Accurate NO2 measurement
Using 400nm-450nm spectrum to measure NO2, there is no gas cross-interference, and the data is stable and accurate.
8. Integrated design of intake pipeline and gas pool
The integrated design of the intake pipeline and the gas pool, and the shock-absorbing buffer device made of high-temperature materials is used between the thermal insulation pipe to avoid the impact of vibration on the instrument during transportation and use. The temperature of the road and the gas pool is higher than 120 degrees, which can effectively avoid the adsorption of condensed water and ensure the accurate measurement of SO2 data.

The artificial intelligence algorithm PID adjustment is adopted, and the parameters are automatically adjusted to ensure the constant temperature of key components such as spectrometer and xenon lamp, and to ensure the measurement accuracy, so that the analyzer can be used in extremely hot or cold environments.
