1. Product introduction
JCY-3038 exhaust gas VOCs sampler (hereinafter referred to as the sampler) is developed by our company according to HJ734-2014 "Determination of volatile organic compounds in stationary pollution source exhaust gas by solid-phase adsorption-thermal desorption/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry" A dedicated sampler. The product is designed by a combination of functional bodies such as a sampling pump, a flow control unit, a condensation dehumidification unit, and a heating sampling tube, with a compact structure, light weight and portability. Widely used in environmental protection, health, labor, safety supervision, military, scientific research, education and other departments.

3. Product Features
1. The whole set of equipment is a combined design: the sampler, flow control, refrigeration and dehumidification device, moisture collector, heating sampling tube, adsorption tube, dryer and other functional bodies are organically combined, with a compact structure, light and portable;
2. The inner tube of the sampling tube is made of anti-adsorption polytetrafluoroethylene material, and the whole process is heat tracing;
3. The program controls the switching between the main sampling adsorption tube and the bypass adsorption tube, without manual participation, and the control is more accurate;
4. The front of the adsorption tube is built with 2 micron fine Filter to effectively remove the influence of dust particles;
5. The adsorption tube has a built-in moisture separator to effectively remove the influence of water vapor on the adsorption tube;
6. The adsorption tube is built into the refrigeration box to improve the adsorption efficiency of the adsorption tube;
7. Constant temperature control, low temperature Automatically start heating; high-power semiconductor dual-stage refrigeration is used for high temperature, and the auxiliary refrigeration function of blue ice is added to ensure that the refrigeration temperature reaches (0-5) °C;
