JCY-3039 exhaust gas hydrogen chloride sampler (hereinafter referred to as the sampler) is a special sampler developed by our company for sampling exhaust gas hydrogen chloride in fixed pollution sources. The product consists of a sampling pump, a flow control unit, a heating sampling tube, a filter membrane jacket, a heating temperature control device, a constant temperature condensing device and other functional bodies. 3. Product Features
1. The whole set of equipment is a combined design: the sampler, heating sampling tube, membrane jacket, heating temperature control device, constant temperature condensation device, absorption bottle, dryer and other functional bodies are organically combined, with a compact structure, light and portable. ;
2. The inner tube of the sampling tube is made of anti-adsorption PTFE material, and the whole process is heated;
3. The filter membrane jacket and filter membrane trawl are made of PTFE material;
4. The filter membrane jacket has a heating function, which can The hydrogen chloride in the aerosol is collected after gasification to reduce sampling loss;
5. The connecting pipe between the filter membrane jacket and the absorption bottle adopts an anti-adsorption fluororesin insulation tube, which effectively prevents condensation and adsorption of the measured gas before entering the absorption bottle;
6. Sampling The tube adopts PID high-precision thermostat, and the control accuracy is better than 2 ℃;
7. The working space of the absorption bottle has three modes: condensation bath/air bath/hot air bath, which is suitable for various working conditions such as high temperature, normal temperature and severe cold in China. The temperature control range is 0~60 degrees;
8. A maximum of 6 absorption bottles can be placed in the constant temperature condensation box, and both the sampling absorption bottle and the blank sample absorption bottle can be placed in the temperature control box;
9. The cellulose acetate microporous filter is used . Membrane, which can effectively remove the interference of particulate chloride on the measurement results.
