FCC-30 explosion-proof dual-channel dust sampler is a dust sampler introduced by our company. The instrument is controlled by microcomputer constant current system, LCD digital display system, menu setting, and both AC and DC. The American single-chip microcomputer is used as the intelligent control central processing unit, which makes the instrument more applicable. The standard 6600Ah lithium battery meets the long-term sampling requirements. It is a more practical dual-channel explosion-proof dust sampling instrument suitable for occupational health, environmental protection, factories and mines, colleges and universities to detect respiratory dust and total dust.
The sampler is designed in accordance with MT162-95 "General Technical Conditions for Dust Samplers in Workplaces", Q/YCTY01-2008 Enterprise Standard for Dust Samplers and Exib (intrinsically safe) explosion-proof design in GB3836.4-2010 standard. The instrument is equipped with a set of The micro dust pre-collector can separate the respiratory dust and coarse powder dust that are harmful to the human body, and its separation efficiency conforms to the "BMRC" curve standard.
The instrument adopts advanced mold forming technology, selects high-strength ABS engineering materials, and has made special treatments such as moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-static. Small size and light weight greatly reduce the labor intensity of on-site inspection personnel.
