1. Product introduction
JC-88R heating low-concentration smoke and dust sampling tube is suitable for low-concentration sampling of flue dust. The head of the sampling tube or the whole adopts the working method of constant temperature heating to ensure that water passes through the filter membrane in the state of steam and eliminates condensed water. It needs to be used with an automatic smoke, dust and flue gas tester. Low concentration sampling 1 ~ 50mg/m3 can also be used for <500mg/m3, and the total weight of the sampling head is ≤18mg. Using special technology, it is made of stainless steel and titanium alloy, the sampling medium is built-in, and the overall weight is less than 18mg. One-piece sampling nozzle (sampling nozzle, elbow, filter membrane, support net, pressed aluminum foil), the sampling head is dried, sampled, and weighed as a whole. The amount of soot* is close to the true value. Lighten the work intensity, the data will be more accurate.
