1. Product introduction
ZF-5010, the optical part of line flue dust meter includes laser light source, power control, photoelectric sensor, scattered light receiving part. The 650nm beam emitted by the laser enters the emission source at a slight angle, and the laser beam interacts with the dust particles to generate scattered light. The backscattered light enters the sensor through the receiving system and is converted into an electrical signal for processing. The circuit part realizes photoelectric conversion and laser beam conversion. Modulation, signal amplification, demodulation, power control of light source, V/I conversion and HMI display functions. The calibrator is used to generate a stable optical signal and perform zero and span calibration of the instrument. JCY-MS100 flue dust monitor is an online dust analysis product independently developed and produced by the company. It adopts the mainstream laser backscattering measurement technology, and its key components are imported.
This product is used for continuous monitoring of the concentration of particulate matter emitted by various pollution sources. It can be equipped with a continuous flue gas monitoring system (CEMS), or can be connected to a single or multiple sets of smoke monitoring network, sharing a set of data acquisition and processing background.
This product is widely used in thermal power generation, iron and steel metallurgy, petrochemical chemical industry, cement production, pottery, waste incineration and other enterprises in various power generation boilers, industrial kilns, industrial boilers, smoke emission monitoring and monitoring and control of flue gas desulfurization and dust removal projects.
