1. Product overview
The multifunctional composite sampling gun is mainly used for the collection of hydrogen chloride, sulfuric acid mist, hydrochloric acid mist and fluoride in the discharge of fixed pollution sources. After passing through the tetrafluoroethylene membrane filter, and then through the shock absorption bottle, the solid particulate chloride and gas chloride, hydrochloric acid mist, sulfuric acid mist and fluoride are collected respectively. Among them, the particulate chloride is collected with a 47mm filter membrane, and the gaseous hydrogen chloride, hydrochloric acid mist, sulfuric acid mist, and fluoride are collected with an absorption bottle. At the same time, parameters such as flue flow rate and temperature can be measured.
2. Main features
The gun body is heated at a constant temperature throughout the whole process, and can be adjusted arbitrarily within the temperature range of (0-199) degrees.
Lined with tetrafluoroethylene tube, filtered by teflon membrane filter.
The membrane filter adopts one-way valve control, adopts constant temperature heating, and can be adjusted arbitrarily within the temperature range of (0-120) degrees.
Adopt DC24V heating to ensure the safety of operators.
The sampling gun can be placed in an ice-water mixture intelligent refrigeration box, and the temperature is controlled at (3-5) degrees.
Equipped with a height-adjustable tripod for supporting the sampling gun and absorption bottle.
Equipped with 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm multi-specification tetrafluoroethylene sampling nozzles.
