1. Product overview

The sulfuric acid mist sampling gun is suitable for the collection and determination of sulfuric acid mist in the waste gas of fixed pollution sources, and can be used together with the JCY-80E(S) type fume sampler or similar products. Use glass fiber filter cartridges (or quartz fiber filter cartridges) in series with absorbing bottles containing 250ml of absorbing liquid to collect samples of sulfuric acid mist in organized exhaust gas. After the collected samples were pretreated, the sulfate radicals were separated and determined by an ion chromatograph.

2. Main Features

Sampling tube, S-type pitot tube and platinum resistance integrated, the whole machine is combined design.

The front end of the filter cartridge is heated, which can effectively remove water and improve the sampling accuracy.

The sampling tube has automatic heating and constant temperature throughout the whole process, and the back-end ice bath condenses, which can collect particulate, vapor and gaseous sulfuric acid mist.
