1. Product introduction
Product description :
JCP-HA economical Ringelmann blackness meter is a special instrument for environmental protection departments and industrial and mining enterprises to monitor environmental pollution and energy conservation.
This instrument converts the monitoring of smoke and dust from the daily measurement method of Ringelmann smoke concentration map to long-distance measurement through a high-quality prism telescope. It is an ideal instrument for monitoring the blackness of smoke and dust.Structural principle:
The instrument adopts the binocular prism telescopic system, and the grayscale step blocks corresponding to the 1-5 level of the dry Ringelmann smoke concentration diagram are made on the telescope reticle , and the fully transparent part is level 0. The observer passes through the telescope. The left eyepiece compares the soot target with the grayscale block to determine the standard level of smoke blackness.
2. Product parameters
1. The magnification of the telescope is 10 times .
2. The diameter of the telescope objective lens is 50mm .
3. The measuring distance is 0-500m . The observation error is not more than 0.5 level
3. Product Features
Take out the instrument from the leather bag, take off the eyepiece cover and the objective lens cover, then aim the instrument at the chimney opening to be monitored, adjust the telescope, and make the black smoke from the chimney opening clear, and then the comparison and measurement can be carried out. The following points should be paid attention to during the measurement: the illumination light during observation (that is, the direct light from the sun or the illumination light from the sky) should be side light, and it should be at a right angle to the line of sight. Front light and backlight should be avoided. The background of the sky is dark, the reading should be recorded at a slightly lower level, and there should be no dark obstacles such as mountains, trees and buildings on the background of the chimney outlet. More than 80% , water should not be added to the coal at this time, and excessive blasting should not be used. The observation cannot be used once. The interval between each time can be controlled between 0.1 and 1 minute. The blackness of the soot is between two levels, and the blackness value of 1/2 level can be estimated, and the average value of the measured value is taken as the blackness of the soot .
