1. Product overview
JCY-7030 type flue gas preconditioner adopts the combined application of microporous membrane permeation dehumidification technology and high-power semiconductor refrigeration dehumidification technology, which can quickly separate and remove the moisture in the flue gas, and minimize the influence of water vapor in the flue gas on the measurement results. Influence; the whole machine adopts 0.3 micron double filter, heating and cooling are controlled by PID , the dew point temperature and humidity at the outlet of the preprocessor are displayed in real time, and the sampling pipe is heated throughout the whole process; the instrument is easy to operate and easy to use, and is widely used in flue gas Flue gas pretreatment before analysis and measurement, especially suitable for high humidity, low sulfur, ultra-low emission and other working conditions.
2. Technical characteristics
1. The country's first combined application of microporous membrane permeation dehumidification technology and high-power semiconductor refrigeration dehumidification technology , double water removal, more thorough water removal, and less water solubility loss.
2. Double dust filter is adopted, and the filter particle size is less than 0.3 microns, which can effectively filter the dust in the flue gas.
3. PID control is adopted for heating and cooling , the temperature control accuracy is less than 1 degree, and the temperature control is more accurate.
4. It has the function of system cleaning. When the machine is turned on, it automatically starts the cleaning of the large-flow pipeline to remove the residual water vapor in the system pipeline.
5. The built-in air pump and electronic flowmeter can accurately control the air flow of the preprocessor, and the air flow can be set.
6. Built-in peristaltic pump, automatically drain condensed water, drain time can be set.
7. It has the function of heating in the machine, and the heating function is automatically activated when the temperature is low, and the peristaltic pump and the drainage pipeline are heated, so that the instrument can operate normally under low temperature conditions.
8. The sampling tube is heat traced throughout the whole process, the heating temperature can be set, and the transmission pipeline is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, which can effectively avoid pipeline adsorption.
9. Real-time measurement and display of dew point temperature and absolute humidity of flue gas after treatment, and visual display of water removal effect.
10. Dual-screen display, intuitive interface, simple operation, small size and light weight, easy to carry.
