1. Countertop: Optional solid core physicochemical board/epoxy resin board/ceramic board, etc.

2. Shell and box: It is made of 8mm acid and alkali resistant PP material, which is welded by the same color and homogeneous electrode. It has excellent acid and alkali resistance and good weather resistance.

3. Deflector: It is made of 8mm acid and alkali resistant PP material. The installation position and angle should make the exhaust distribution even and there is no dead angle. ±10% to ensure that gases of different specific gravity can be effectively removed, and a manually adjustable air volume ratio design can increase the air volume ratio of the middle and lower air outlets to more than 80% to meet different experimental needs.

4. Window: 5mm thick professional explosion-proof glass is used, and the window is designed with uninterrupted balance and concealed structure. The counterweight of the window is balanced to ensure the smooth opening and closing of the window. The window can slide up and down freely and can stay at any position. At the vertical closure of the window of the fume hood and the work surface of the fume hood, an airflow grille is designed to prevent gas from overflowing. The convection gas caused by the temperature difference overflows to ensure that when the window is closed and the fan is still working, the working area in the cabinet will not generate negative pressure.

5. Window handle: Made of special PVC material, ergonomically designed and beautiful in appearance.

6. Inspection suspension system: PVC-coated steel cables with a diameter of 5mm are used, which have the characteristics of anti-rust and corrosion resistance.

7. Socket: It adopts multi-functional waterproof three-hole socket and is equipped with overload protection switch.

9. Handle: PP material C-type handle.

10. Lighting: use fluorescent lamps to ensure that the working surface is not lower than the brightness standard of 450Lux, does not come into contact with the gas in the cabinet, and is easy to replace.
