一、Product Introduction
The FKC-I Planktonic Bacteria Sampler is a high-efficiency multi-hole impact-type airborne bacteria sampler. Designed based on the isokinetic sampling principle, the wind speed at its sampling inlet is basically consistent with the air velocity in cleanrooms, enabling a more accurate reflection of microbial concentrations within the clean environment.
During sampling, airborne bacteria-containing air is uniformly impacted onto the agar surface in a petri dish through specially machined, dense small holes. These viable microbial particles, after receiving sufficient and uniform nutrients on the agar surface, form colonies during incubation, facilitating subsequent laboratory testing.
Independently developed and manufactured by our company, this sampler is a high-efficiency multi-hole impact-type instrument based on the Anderson impact principle, with an Anderson Class 3 design rating. The sampling head features a number of specially designed micro-pores; as sampled air passes through the head, microorganisms are evenly distributed on the agar surface, minimizing the overlap of airborne particles and reducing microbial counting errors. The lower section houses the core control unit, which manages the instrument’s main operations and provides functions such as adjustable sampling volume, historical data storage, and USB export. With comprehensive functional design and simple operation, it is widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, public health, and other fields.
